直線導(dǎo)軌(linear slider)可分為:滾輪直線導(dǎo)軌,圓柱直線導(dǎo)軌,滾珠直線導(dǎo)軌,三種,是用來(lái)支撐和引導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件,按給定的方向做往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。依按摩擦性質(zhì)而定,直線運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌可以分為滑動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、滾動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、彈性摩擦導(dǎo)軌、流體摩擦導(dǎo)軌等種類。

1、定義:直線導(dǎo)軌又稱線軌、滑軌、線性導(dǎo)軌、線性滑軌,用于直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)合,且可以承擔(dān)一定的扭矩,可在高負(fù)載的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。在大陸稱直線導(dǎo)軌,臺(tái)灣一般稱線性導(dǎo)軌,線性滑軌。2、分類:分為方形滾珠直線導(dǎo)軌,雙軸芯滾輪直線導(dǎo)軌,單軸芯直線導(dǎo)軌。3、作用:直線導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)動(dòng)的作用是用來(lái)支撐和引導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件,按給定的方向做往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。依按摩擦性質(zhì)而定,直線運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌可以分為滑動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、滾動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、彈性摩擦導(dǎo)軌、流體摩擦導(dǎo)軌等種類?!≈本€軸承主要用在自動(dòng)化機(jī)械上比較多,像德國(guó)進(jìn)口的機(jī)床、折彎?rùn)C(jī)、激光焊接機(jī)等等,當(dāng)然直線軸承和直線軸是配套用的。像直線導(dǎo)軌主要是用在精度要求比較高的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)上,直線導(dǎo)軌的移動(dòng)元件和固定元件之間不用中間介質(zhì),而用滾動(dòng)鋼球。

4、自動(dòng)調(diào)心能力:來(lái)自圓弧溝槽的DF(45-°45)°組合,在安裝的時(shí)候,即由鋼珠的彈性變形及接觸點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)移,即使安裝面多少有些偏差,也能被線軌滑塊內(nèi)部吸收,產(chǎn)生自動(dòng)調(diào)心能力之效果而而得到高精度穩(wěn)定的平滑運(yùn)動(dòng)。具有互換性由于對(duì)生產(chǎn)制造精度嚴(yán)格管控,直線導(dǎo)軌尺寸能維持在一定的水準(zhǔn)內(nèi),且滑塊有保持器的設(shè)計(jì)以防止鋼珠脫落,因此部分系列精度具可互換性,客戶可依需要訂購(gòu)導(dǎo)軌或滑塊,亦可分開儲(chǔ)存導(dǎo)軌及滑塊,以減少儲(chǔ)存空間。所有方向皆具有高剛性運(yùn)用四列式圓弧溝槽,配合四列鋼珠等45度之接觸角度,讓鋼珠達(dá)到理想的兩點(diǎn)接觸構(gòu)造,能承受來(lái)自上下和左右方向的負(fù)荷;在必要時(shí)更可施加預(yù)壓以提高剛性。5、工作原理:可以理解為是一種滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)引,是由鋼珠在滑塊跟導(dǎo)軌之間無(wú)限滾動(dòng)循環(huán), 從而使負(fù)載平臺(tái)沿著導(dǎo)軌輕易的高精度線性運(yùn)動(dòng),并將摩擦系數(shù)降平常傳統(tǒng)滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)引的五十分之一,能輕易地達(dá)到很高的定位精度?;瑝K跟導(dǎo)軌間末制單元設(shè)計(jì),使線形導(dǎo)軌同時(shí)承受上下左右等各方向的負(fù)荷,的回流系統(tǒng)及精簡(jiǎn)化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)讓HIWIN的線性導(dǎo)軌有更平順且低噪音的運(yùn)動(dòng)。
4. All directions have high rigidity and use a four column circular arc groove, combined with a 45 degree contact angle of four columns of steel balls, to achieve an ideal two-point contact structure for the steel balls, which can withstand loads from up and down and left and right directions; When necessary, preloading can be applied to improve rigidity. 5. Working principle: It can be understood as a rolling guide, which is an infinite rolling cycle of steel balls between the slider and the guide rail, so that the load platform can easily move linearly with high precision along the guide rail, and the friction coefficient is reduced to one fiftieth of the usual traditional sliding guide, which can easily achieve high positioning accuracy. The final unit design between the slider and the guide rail enables the linear guide rail to simultaneously bear loads in all directions, including up, down, left, and right.
