一、雙推一自由方式

1、 Double push and one free mode

將THK滾珠絲杠一端固定，端自由。固定端軸承同時承受軸向力和徑向力。這種支承方式用于行程小的短絲杠。

Fix one end of THK ball screw with free end. The fixed end bearing bears both axial and radial forces. This supporting method is used for short lead screw with small stroke.

二、雙推一支承方式

2、 Double push and one support mode

THK滾珠絲杠一端固定，另一端支承。固定端軸承同時承受軸向力和徑向力；支承端軸承只承受徑向力，而且能作微量的軸向浮動，可以避免或減少絲杠因自重而出現(xiàn)的彎曲。同時THK滾珠絲杠熱變形可以自由地向一端伸長。

One end of THK ball screw is fixed and the other end is supported. The fixed end bearing can bear both axial force and radial force; the bearing at the supporting end only bears radial force and can make a small amount of axial floating, which can avoid or reduce the bending of lead screw due to self weight. At the same time, the thermal deformation of THK ball screw can freely extend to one end.

三、雙推一雙推方式

3、 Double push one double push mode

THK滾珠絲杠兩端均固定。固定端軸承都可以同時承受軸向力和徑向力，這種支承方式，可以對THK滾珠絲杠施加適當?shù)念A拉力，提高絲杠支承剛度，可以部分補償絲杠的熱變形。

Both ends of THK ball screw are fixed. The fixed end bearing can bear both axial force and radial force at the same time. This support method can exert proper pre tension on THK ball screw, improve the screw support stiffness and partially compensate the thermal deformation of the screw.

四、采用THK滾珠絲杠固定、螺母旋轉(zhuǎn)的傳動方式

4、 THK ball screw fixed, nut rotation transmission mode

此時，THK滾珠螺母一邊轉(zhuǎn)動、一邊沿固定的絲杠作軸向移動：由于絲杠不動，可避免受臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的限制，避免了細長THK滾珠絲杠高速運轉(zhuǎn)時出現(xiàn)的種種問題。螺母慣性小、運動靈活，可實現(xiàn)的轉(zhuǎn)速高。此種方式可以對絲杠施加較大的預拉力，提高絲杠支承剛度，補償絲杠的熱變形。

At this time, the THK ball nut rotates and moves axially along the fixed lead screw. As the screw does not move, it can avoid the limitation of critical speed and various problems in the high-speed operation of the slender THK ball screw. The nut has small inertia, flexible movement and high speed. In this way, a large pre tension force can be applied to the lead screw to improve the supporting stiffness and compensate the thermal deformation of the screw.
